"Went for a team tournament. We all booked this hotel, Majority couldn’t check in for 3+ hours. When we finally got the rooms one had no toilet paper, one had issues with the bathroom, we had no hot water the whole stay. They couldn’t switch to another room yet offered a new room to a team member with the bathroom issue. Had to try to convince them for a discount as they said couldn’t refund because we booked through expedia…. Also pool and hot tub was closed the whole weekend and not much parking.. 👎"

"Fantastic in all ways but the hot tub water was tepid not even close to hot and the jets didn’t work in the tub. I was desperately looking forward to a hot soak after a very long drive especially since the room did not have a bathtub. This was quite disappointing. "

"There was bot a hot tub even though it was advertised as such. This was the only amenity that I was looking forward to. The breakfast area was very crowded with tablea making it very difficult to get around especially around the breakfast bar. The parking was terrible. There was minimal parking around the hotel, we had to park over half a block away carrying all our luggage because they didn't have anywhere to park temorarily to unload our luggage and they only had one luggage troll which was in use when we were there."

"They ran out of some food before the breakfast was over. We found the bed was a bit hard. If you like a firm matress it was ok. The room was very clean though. The tub and toilet was old. The renos in the bedroom part looked fine. Just a few things to pick up on for us it was ok. "
