I went to the front desk to complain. I told the male staff I didn’t feel safe. Not once did he offer to give me a different room while he “investigated” the issue. I went back to the room and felt this weird feeling of being watched. I went back down and asked for a different room. The male staff also was more concerned about my deposit and said I could leave instead of having empathy and giving me another room. When I asked for another room still, nonchalantly, he said “okay”, gave me another room. The entire stay that same male employee was glued to his computer with a hand on each side. He never left that position. His concern was with whatever was on that screen for hours. I will never stay at this chain of hotels again. "
