Cómodos apartamentos, bien situados.

Unos apartamentos muy cómodos y bien decorados con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días conociendo la isla. Excelente atención del personal. Añadir que nos facilitaron un generoso late check-out (en otro apartamento pues el nuestro se ocupaba ese día, pero más que suficiente para pasar el día, ducharnos y recoger las cosas hasta la hora del vuelo por la tarde). No hay parking, pero se puede aparcar sin problemas en las calles próximas (gratis).

Cadre sympathique pour séjour en amoureux. Privilégiez les logements vue mer pour plus d’intimité. Literie très confortable. L’espace de vie est spacieux et lumineux. À deux pas de l’Océan avec une plage peu fréquentée en période Covid. Localisation idéale, à proximité des restaurants et commerces. Pas de nuisances sonores liées à l’aéroport. Service de location de voiture proposé en interne très facile et efficace.

Magnifique complexe avec vue mer à tomber par terre. Grands logements très propres (ménage fait tous les jours), accueil au top ! 2 seuls petits bémols : pas de lave linge et vaisselle en trop petite quantité. Mais si je cherche demain un logement à Lanzarote, c’est à la Concha Boutique que j’irai les yeux fermés.

The property was very well maintained, clean and the staff were very polite and professional. The beachfront room with hot tub was absolutley wonderful. The hotel is also conveniently located to restaurants, the airport and many other locations. We were able to walk to most restaurants for dinner each night. Absolutley nothing negative to say!

Séjour inoubliable

Rien à dire, tout était parfait ! Les appartements très cosy et décorés soigneusement, la literie très confortable, la piscine très agréable, la vue sur la mer de la terrasse et la gentillesse du personnel ! Bien que l'hôtel fût complet, nous avions la sensation d'être seuls et la terrasse privative fut un réel plaisir. Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation. Merci pour tout la Concha Boutique :)

Highly recommended

The apartment was very clean with new fittings. A maid came to clean daily and having access to Netflix was a bonus. We liked the situation of the apartment overlooking a quiet beach and there were restaurants in walking distance. The settee was not very comfy but we loved having the hot tub and canopy in the garden for hot days. Hiring bikes is a good idea as there is direct access to a long cycle route by the sea.
