Silkeborg is a jewel, beautiful for walking and makes a lovely destination.
A business hotel mainly, paint peeling and damaged ceiling in the bedroom. No extras such as complimentary water on arrival or in reception, no bathroom extras. No lounge area other than reception. No satilite TV. More could be provided for tourists.
A good swimming pool.

"From the time I walked in to the time I left I felt welcome. The front desk booked a taxi for me and arranged a breakfast to go at 4 AM. I was served by three different staff members and all were friendly, efficient and very helpful. I would definitely recommend The Billund Lodge."
