「It is comfortable and people are friendly.」

「Clean, comfortable, spacious and well maintained room. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good location. Close to shops , restaurants and bars. Train and bus was also easily accessible. The only issues was that it can get noisy at night, if you are a light sleeper, bring some earplugs and you’ll be fine.」

「Guesthouse was well maintained and clean. Breakfast was good, but basic. It is about a 20 minute walk from most of the main sights of the city, and the walk back is largely uphill. There are lots of good local restaurants and cafes around the area. Check-in was quick and staff were helpful at this point. However we had issues with power in our room, and since there is no-one permanently at the property, it took a while to get it fixed. Check-out was also an issue because there isn't a member...

C'est même agréable d'y aller à pied si vous aimez les longues promenades au bord du Douro pour croiser les Portuans qui vivent et profitent de leur ville (et pas seulement des touristes !). Le matin sous la brume, le spectacle est tout simplement magnifique.」
