From the moment we walked in, the receptionist was lovely and helpful. In saying that, she was every day and all other staff too. We travel a lot around the world and do not come across this friendliness often. Especially from all staff. So well done HOtel Cyranno. Breakfast was lovely. Train and town a short walk. I would recommend the single bed for the triple room be bigger, it was a very small single, but it wasnt a major issue, just you have the room to put bigger.

Staff is super friendly. Loved the girl at the bar -Wendy and the other girl at front desk-Julia. Excellent service. Everything was perfect and smooth. Cleaning staff was 5/5 I’m a female solo traveller stayed over 5 nights. Overall experience was fantastic.

Have stayed in better hostels , left the property and got a fabulous 4 star hotel for €10 euros more

This was clearly a socially stressed area with very down at heel shops It is an easy but slightly scary walk from the station. The absence of a lift was inconvenient. The broken balustrade was disconcerting as was the absence of any sign of staff until you had climbed the stairs to the first floor.
