ヴィラは、ロスクリスティーナノスの南端、海の第一線の端に位置しています。 ヴィラの領土からは、美しい湾、火山Guaza、ラゴメアの隣の島、ラスアメリカの街のパノラマの景色が見えます。
ヴィラの庭からゲートを通って、ペブルビーチと歩行者の遊歩道に行くことができます（大型の砂浜までは海に沿って10分ほど行くことができます）。
別荘から200メートルのところに小さなビーチクラブがあります。 近くのレストランやお店。 堤防は数キロにわたって伸び、長い散歩の愛好家に間違いなく魅力を感じます。

Great location

Fab place and a short walk to everything you would want on holiday. House is advertised as 5 bed but the 5th bedroom is not good enough to use as no windows and below ground level. The other rooms are very good and plenty of bathrooms and a large living area. The pool and Huot tub got plenty of use.

The perfect family villa

We needed a lot of room as a family of 7 and the villa didn’t disappoint. We were greeted by Emanuel who showed us around the villa and ensured we were settled in. Wine, tea / coffee, beach towels, sun creams, pool toys, etc all. A nice touch. He is a great host. The villa itself was amazing, with several balcony’s and a solarium which is accessible from the top room. Our family spent hours in the pool or in the hot tub, which has amazing views out across the bay and is in a great location, with its stunning views of the landscape, sea and town which is a 10 minute walk away There’s a local supermarket less than 5 mins away and all the amenities within easy reach But again, the villa was amazing. We struggled to find a negative - maybe comfier pillows and asa suggestion - the top floor bedroom is stunning with views out over the sea from in bed but the ceilings are low. That’s the only thing. We would love to come back and stay again!

Cracking Location - Great Hosts

The Villa is located right on the Seafront with unobstructed views. The arrival process was seemless, I called the host on the way from the airport and we were met at the property. We were given a full tour and there were nice touches such as fresh fruit, cold drinks, wine, fresh towels and instructions on how everything worked. There are two supermarkets a pharmacy within a 5 minute walk with a further 5 minute walk to the main bars and restaurants of Los Christionos so no car is necessary here. We were a party of 8 ranging from 17 - 43 and the villa is big enough to have your own space. One of the bedrooms had been recently renovated, however some parts of the villa were a little tired and could do with upgrading (the electrics tripped out a couple of times). When there was an issue the response from the owners was fantastic and sorted them within a couple of hours. The pool and hot tub were brilliant. Would I book this villa again - absolutely! Thank you for a very good stay indeed.

Perfect home for a family trip

Three generations with 6 adults and two kids aged 2 to 60 years had a great time in this home in february 2024. Plenty of space, well equipped, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, large kitchen. Perfect outside area, fantastic pool and jacuzzi, toys for the kids, grill area, privacy and a fantastic view. Quiet area, free parking, and still within walking distance to supermarkets and Los Christianos beach promenade with restaurants and shopping. Friendly and adequate introduction to the house when we arrived. The host was very responsive when contacted. I can recommend this house.

Overall very disappointing

Not thoroughly cleaned on arrival. Two toilets had stains. Not properly maintained .Two toilets didn't flush properly, some bathroom window handles broken so unable to open, some balcony doors didn't open. one bedroom balcony door didn't lock so unsuitable for young children. Outside decking needs revarnishing. Decking around jacuzzi needed fixing. Unsafe. Fountains in the pool, electric garage doors not working. Not suitable for any more than 6 people. basement bedroom has no natural light no aircon. very noisy ( pool pumps) Top floor bedroom no aircon. or door ( no privacy) Infestation of cockroaches in basement discovered on our last day. Our stay was made worse by renovation work in the villa next door from day 2. We pointed out some of the problems while we were there and wrote a detailed report to the owner, the agent and to Vrbo, a few days after our stay . 2 weeks on no response from anyone. We would not recommend this villa as it represents poor value for money.

Fun get-away for the family

Great location for our family vacation, its within walking distance of the beeches & restaurants in the city, but far enough away to enjoy our privacy, sites and sounds of the surf in the local bay!

Ferienhaus Teneriffa Los Christianos

Das Haus ist in einer sehr schönen Lage direkt am Meer. Die Aufteilung des Erd- und Obergeschosses sind auch sehr schön. Allerdings ist alles etwas abgewohnt und renovierungsbedürftig. Braunes Waschbecken in der Küche. Abgeplatzter Lack am Wohnzimmertisch. Die Lampen beschädigt. Im Gäste WC im EG ist das Abflussrohr kaputt. Abwasser fließt direkt auf den Boden. Beim Pool gingen die Wasserdüsen nicht, der Whirlpool abgenutzt, aus der Abdeckung stehen Schrauben. Die Vorhänge beim Whirlpool schmutzig. Bei den Liegen die Bezüge zerrissen. Der Grillbereich und die Außenküche waren nicht sauber. Das Zimmer im Keller ist nicht zu nutzen. Riecht extrem stark und durch die Technik im Keller auch sehr laut. Das im Bad befindliche Waschbecken ist nicht einmal befestigt, der Spiegel z.T. abgeplatzt. Wie gesagt Lage sehr schön, doch für den Preis etwas gepflegteres erwartet.

Geburtstagsparty mit Freunden

Die Villa ist sehr geräumig. Auf drei Etagen kann man sich in verschiedenen Schlaf- und Wohnzimmern ausbreiten. Es gibt zwei schöne Balkone, die man schön zur Beobachtung des Sonnenunterganges nutzen kann. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Im Keller befinden sich Fahrräder, eine Tischtennisplatte und ein Billardtisch. Der Außenbereich besticht mit einem Pool, Whirpool, einer Grillecke und einer Sitzecke mit schönen Blick aufs Meer. Durchs Gartentour ist man nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt. Es wurden auch ausreichend Handtücher, Spielzeug für den Pool und Kinderutensilien zur Verfügung gestellt. What a beautiful place. Everything was fantastic. We really enjoyed our holidays there. Thank you.

Fabulous villa

We had a great stay and can highly recommend the villa and its location. The villa was immaculate and has a lovely open living space. The pool was a good size and lovely and warm. Perfect for relaxing in and next to at any time of the day. So lovely to swim and hear the sea in the background. Sitting in the garden with a glass of wine and with a view of the sea was perfect. Great view of the sunset from the garden and top terrace. We loved the location of the villa - it was very quiet but only a 10 minute walk to a good sized supermarket and 15 minutes walk to an area of other shops and restaurants on the front.. A few minutes down to the sea and a 15 to 20 minute walk to a lovely sandy beach which had trees with shaded areas for the baby. The hosts were very responsive to a couple of queries we had and left us a couple of bottles of wine which was a nice touch. All in all a place that we loved and would very happily return.

Gorgeous location and beautiful villa

I rented this villa for my 42nd birthday with 6 adults (3 couples). Unfortunately, 4 of us never made it due to the failure of the airlines. It was heartbreaking and there was nothing we could do. But 2 of our friends did make it. They stayed at the villa and gushed over the location, the wonderful pool, the outdoor dining area, and how much they loved having coffee on the balcony. They had everything they could have needed. So, I didn't stay there but I can recommend it. Victoria was very kind and understanding. She even offered to extend our scheduled stay in case we could make a flight a little later. I hope to make it there someday when the airlines and airports get their ducks in a row.

Picturesque location & Villa

We had a wonderful stay at this Villa. It was much further away from the centre if Los Cristiano’s than we had realised but the location was perfect for us as we weren’t disturbed. The view was breath-taking and the rooms are all lovely apart from the basement room which is a little dark, but overall it’s a lovely, clean and well-equipped villa. We would most definitely stay again! Thank you for your hospitality!!
