Perfect for short stays/business trips

The hotel was very comfortable and perfect for a short stay such as solo or business purposes. Shower was very good with good pressure and plenty of hot water. Bed was very comfortable and some of the best pillows provided in any hotel I have stayed at.

Good option to stay in Granada

Friendly staff. Easy access to the heart of Granada by bus. Also has plenty of free parking options around the hotel. Wish this hotel can be more clean. Dust and hairs on the bed and comforter.

The guest room presented several areas requiring attention. Specifically, the walls displayed noticeable soiling, and the curtains exhibited staining. The television was not appropriately sized for the space, and the room lacked essential amenities such as a refrigerator and coffee-making facilities. Furthermore, access to the terrace was limited during daylight hours. Despite a request for room cleaning submitted early in the morning and a departure at 08:30 a.m. for a six-hour visit to the Alhambra, the room remained unserviced upon our return, which was disappointing. The provided towels were of substandard quality, appearing thin, dry, and showing signs of wear. While the reception staff was commendable and the breakfast service met expectations, the condition of the rooms and the quality of room service were deemed unsatisfactory. As a result, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this establishment.

Nice hotel outside the city center

For me, the biggest advantage of the hotel is its location. On the main artery and away from the crowded center. No problem with parking. The hotel inside looks like an office building. But the rooms are neat and clean. Breakfast was good

Our 10 city trip, and this has been the best breakfast buffet we've had. Just 2 negatives: Pool opens too late and closes too early for the summer 10AM-8 PM? The hall on the second floor looked dirty both days we were there.

Location is good as it is close to the highway. There’s a mall (Nevada shopping) not far for shopping and food. Pictures shown were not representative of the rooms as we had a cubicle for the shower and another one for the toilet. I wasn’t expecting that for a 3 star hotel! Room was freezing cold when we came.

Not to be booked for Muslim (or non-muslim) family visits with mother and father that come with elderly children due to toilet facilities that are almost see through in all rooms except the quadruple rooms. The rooms are not displayed on Expedia so use the official companu website to check the rooms. Luckily, the staff facilitated the quadruple room at no further cost for the remaining 2 out of 3 nights so 5* for that.

Good for an overnight stay on the budget

I stayed in this hotel for 6 days for work. The hotel is far from the center; you need to take the bus for at least 25-30 min. The bus stop is 10 min walk from the hotel. The Internet connection in the room is very weak, and most of the time, it is not working; I needed to sit in the lobby to work because it was impossible in the room. The rooms are not convenient. There is no bathroom, so you need to step out of the shower directly to the center of the room to dry your body and get dressed. The toilet is in the other cubical compartment, and the washing basin is separated from the rest. I have never seen such a solution in my life. The magnetic key to the room never works, so you need to go almost everyday to the reception to ask for a new card. It was not convenient for me to go back 2 floors to the reception every single time I failed to open my room because my card was not working. The room is cleaned every day, and the cleaners do a reasonable job. However, the surfaces that are not so visible (e.g. below the bed) were full of dust. The dark-haired girl at the reception was really nice and professional. The rest of the staff looked like they were mad for being there. Overall, I recommend this hotel only if you are on a strict budget or you will not stay there longer than one night. Breakfast was OK; however, when I arrived after 9:30, dark bread buns, tomato paste, and eggs had already finished, and they were never replaced, even though the breakfast finished at 10:00.

Best quality for the price

It bugs me how this hotel is rated under 8.0. I guess there are always the people who don't know in which city they are making the reservation in. You won't find better quality for your money anywhere. 10/10 because even a fast wifi.

Paid €298 for 3 nights on parking area level, weirdly laid out, noisy and extremely dated jail cell. most receptionists were nice except one nasty guy. if your are wondering how the dystopian hotels of the future will look like, please pay this place a visit.

Pedimos una habitación con cama doble y nos dieron dos camas individuales (va por orden de reserva). Las habitaciones dicen que son insonorizadas, pero no. Ademas, el baño está repartido en la habitación: el retrete esta por un lado, la ducha por otro y el lavabo integrado en la habitación. El servicio es bueno y agradable, pero no ha sido excelente la estancia por lo que he comentado.
