"When i arrived. I had to wait fir quite awhile before someone camre to the door. When i fi ally got to my room. It was freezing. Then went to shower in the morning. There was no water. Stains on the floor. No extra blankets. "

"Perfect room for a few nights in Manchester. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was close to town and a short drive to the local ski mountains. The contactless check in/out was perfect for be because I arrived late and left early. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Be ware that a “preferred room” means a room pets can stay in, not a better room! Hallways smelled of itine on side of hotel where pets are allowed. No elevator so mugging suitcases and skis up stairs was trying. Room size large.staff. Staff we dealt with was lovely! "
