「Loved the location, quiet but convenient 」

「My wife and I stayed 2 nights when we were going to a Ranger game. It was an easy walk to the ballpark and cowboys stadium. The place was advertised as luxurious and it certainly lived up to that. Everything is well decorated and clean. They’ve thought of everything. Little touches like a coffe bar, large tvs in every room, decorated rooftop patio, and games. We had a great time and I would highly recommend staying here. 」

「Communication was great, but the cleanliness of the place was bad with minor damage to the walls, floor and some of the handles. The shower curtain fell at midnight and while we were showering. There was a lot of animal hair and my socks were black on the bottom so I don’t get why they charge a cleaning fee when it’s very dirty. The stairs felt unsafe and are cracking. The neighbors dogs are super loud too. Overall a great location, but not really worth it IMO」

「Access was explained very well! Parking is close to back entrance which was a plus! Inside the step down from kitchen area to den was problematic at times. Older couples may need better marking of the step down to make it more ADA compliant! Would have preferred a toaster rather than toaster/oven but it was fine! A hair dryer would have been nice in the bathroom! Otherwise, this property fitted our needs for a long stay in Dallas to help my parents transition into an assisted living facility!」
