Staff was great and tried to accommodate us. Room smelled like smoke and the toilet did not work. she changed rooms for us. Then room did not have enough towels. Entrance was very hard to find. General condition of the hotel was poor but room was clean.

Nice Hotel in the Wrong Place

I used this Ibis hotel as my base for several days of sightseeing in Arles and the surrounding area. The hotel itself is nice enough, especially for the price. The included breakfast is well-stocked an uncrowded, and the room is clean. The air conditioning struggled a bit during the mini heat wave that settled on Arles, but it was OK. On to the not-so-nice aspects: 1) The hotel is a good 15-20 minute walk from the old town, and there are no restaurants close to the hotel. I had dinner in the hotel's dining room twice--and had nice meals--because it would have been too much trouble to get back downtown. The hotel looks closer on a map to the areas you want to be at than it really is. One of the photos I've included with this review shows the view of the city, which is waaaaaay off in the distance. I saw an exhibit at the Luma center, which required a 30-minute walk to get there. 2) Immediately adjacent to the hotel is some sort of low-income housing area, replete with tons of vehicles, trash in the streets, chickens in cages, etc. I did not feel comfortable walking by it at night. I've included a photo of the view of this area as seen from the hotel's entry road. 3) Regarding entry roads, be aware that my iPhone's mapping software kept trying to route me close to the housing area and on to a locked gate. Better to take the slightly longer route out to the Main Street. 4) I tried to get an Uber on a Sunday morning, but there were none to be found.

Hotel room was pretty deficient, lack of basics in the room: hooks, gardrobe, plugs, etc. Very basic breakfast but very bad coffee. Swimming pool was quite good! Location very bad if.your plan is doing sightseeing by walk in the city center, you must cross an area which does not looks good at all

We stayed in the ibis budget, which we didn’t realize was in the same hotel as Ibis styles. Our toilet didn’t work so we tried to upgrade, but they wouldn’t allow us to since we booked on Expedia. We definitely felt like the haves and have nots. we couldn’t order drinks on our room since we were staying in the budget side… We heard things like “oh that is not available to you, because he booked on the budget side.”. Just so you are aware… you are not treated equally…

Une forte odeur de moisissure dans les escaliers des tâches d'humidité dans la chambre De plus les toilettes ne fonctionnant pas nous avons demandé à changer de chambre mais il nous a été indiqué que toutes les chambres avaient le même problème d'évacuation et il nous a été conseillé d'utiliser les toilettes proches de la réception Ce n'est vraiment pas digne de la marque IBIS Le personnel lui est professionnel et compétent

Si salva solo la bella piscina...

...per tutto il resto questo Ibis BUDGET è molto più che "budget": pessimo per la pulizia e per la cialtroneria e sciatteria con cui ospita i clienti. Ci era stata assegnata una stanza con il bagno ancora da pulire (sorvolo sulla schifezza che ci abbiamo trovato), poi sostituita con un'altra appena accettabile. La colazione è di scarsa varietà e soprattutto qualità, e comunque non viene mai variata (ogni giorno le solite quattro cose, e un caffè pessimo). Anche per questa poi vale la stessa cosa: gli ambienti sono mancanti della minima pulizia necessaria (il tavolo me lo sono dovuto pulire da solo). Non lo consiglio, se non per chi debba trascorrere solo una notte di passaggio. Validi soltanto il parcheggio gratuito e la piscina - unica cosa apprezzabile.

Hotel a 25 minuti dal centro dislocato in una zona non bellissima, con camere abbastanza vecchie, ma comunque pulite, mi è piaciuto molto il bar aperto fino alle 22 , il parcheggio gratuito e la piscina, la colazione è abbastanza mediocre, arrivavamo da due giorni di ibis budget in un'altra città ed era tutta un'altra storia.
