It’s okay but I would pick other terminal hotel
Very convenient for business traveler who flys in late or early. However it is not connected to the airport. You will need to walk outside for 3min to access the lobby which was unexpected for me. You can’t check in before 3pm no matter what and that was a disappointing as I am not used to such inflexibility.

旅客ターミナルからちょっと歩きますが直接アクセスできる便利なホテルです。ロビーはバー・レストランと一体になっていて、コーヒーを飲みながらちょっと話せるスペースも豊富にあるのが便利で、なにより雰囲気が活気あって楽しいです。部屋もそれなりの広さで設備も問題ありませんでした

エントランスフロアのバーみたいなところでチェックインできる。カードキーをもらって、エレベータに乗って部屋に行ける。部屋の広さは普通で清潔な印象。バスルームにはシャワーとトイレのみで、バスタブはない。シャンプー兼ボディーソープおよびドライヤーが備え付けられている。朝食はビュッフェ形式で、エントランスフロアの奥でとることができる。その際、特に部屋番号などは聞かれなかった。ホテルまでは空港から歩いて行けるが、初めてだと道順がわかりづらい。

I had a great stay. Clean. They could be a bit more generous with toilet paper and shampoo and conditioner—-but they had a fabulous breakfast included in our room price. The staff are super nice. Great atmosphere. Would stay again :)

I booked this hotel because it is next to the Stockholm airport and a relatively reasonable price. It was a great decision. Rooms are large, clean and the staff goes out of its way to help with questions. Be aware that they are 40 minutes from downtown Stockholm but they make it easy to figure out local transportation.

This property is NOT directly attached to the airport but is a short, very quick walk away. If you are smart, you can find the underground pathway there from terminal 5. We had a great stay here when we arrived late at night into Stockholm. We loved the breakfast in the morning with its wide variety of options and all the fun games to play. The hotel has a fun vibe and very accommodating. The self check in was a little tedious but simple to do without staff support. Overall, I would definitely stay again if we ever needed a place close to the hotel.

The people at the front desk are so rude. They didn't help us at all. We ended up going to the hotel across the street because of how rude the front desk people are. Don't stay at this hotel, the service is terrible

LOVE this hotel! Easy to walk to from the airport, check in was a breeze, comfortable beds and SO quiet. Well insulated from noise. Very, very clean room. Breakfast buffet was the best we’ve ever had, with everything you can think of you’d like for breakfast. Can’t say enough good things about our stay!

An easy walk from the Airport Terminal which made it super convenient for our overnight layover. Efficient and courteous staff. The breakfast spread that was included was great! Would definitely stay here again if I had another Arlanda layover.
