"A beautiful complex, in a truly stunning area of the Basque Country. The staff are great. Maria Vitorica spoke excellent English and was very helpful. The property is very poorly equipped in that you need to provide your own washing up liquid, sponge, drying up towel, dishwasher tablets, loo cleaner, hand soap etc. . There is nothing to eat or drink provided by the owners - no welcome pack… first stop the supermarket. Bedding and towels are the minimum too and if I was going again, I would take my own towels. "Right off the autobahn. Very convenient to restaurants and groceries. Nothing fancy. Practical if you are looking for an overnight stay. That said, the drive to the local beaches is quick and the staff is very friendly and supportive with our dogs. Second stay. Will stay again. I feel very safe there. Parking feels secure as well. Try the regional vinegar/sauce. It’s delicious. "

"Very convenient for arrival by bus from Biarritz airport. Very friendly and helpful staff at Reception and everything you need is provided for a self-catered stay. The studio apartment we booked for 4 people comprised a sofa bed and bunk beds but we hadn’t anticipated a sofa bed! It was ok, just not super comfy for sleeping on for 5 nights. Air conditioning was a real blessing! Overall great value for money!"
