Great location, well-equipped kitchen, and lovely space.

Title: Unsafe attic room with extremely low ceilings Room 663 was extremely disappointing and, more importantly, felt unsafe. It is a top-floor attic-style room with very low sloping ceilings, large structural beams, and extremely narrow walkways around the bed. We hit our heads multiple times during our stay. I am only 5’3” and about 120 lbs, yet even I had difficulty moving safely through the room. The passage beside the bed is barely the width of a suitcase, with a wall-mounted TV projecting into the walkway and electrical outlets/heating equipment below. We even had to change the direction we slept to avoid hitting our heads when getting out of bed. At night, walking through the narrow space was difficult and potentially dangerous. I understand that this is an older building, but guests should be clearly warned before booking that some rooms have severely restricted headroom and movement. Had we known the actual layout of Room 663, we would not have booked it. I would not recommend rooms on 6th floor. We requested for the morning call at4:45 am and the phone did not ring. The staff had to come at 5 am ( the phone did not work). Luckily we were up at 4:20 am for our flight.

We had high hopes for this hotel, but the reality was a bit lacking. Despite booking a garden view, we overlooked a street and the side of a building. The room was incredibly hot despite turning the heat down as low as it could go and made it hard to sleep. And for as much as it cost, there wasn’t even cream for coffee in the room, and the towels were sparse and utilitarian. Breakfast was crowded and mediocre. Staff themselves were awesome, but we won’t be staying there again.
