Luxury Alegranza with pool

Brand new apartment with communal swimming pool and communal gym in a recently built complex on the south coast of the island and just 5 minutes walking from the beach. It has two furnished terraces to enjoy throughout the year due to the warm temperatures of the area, one at the front of the property with a barbecue, a table and armchairs to eat or relax that overlooks the living-dining room and another at the back with access from both bedrooms with two sunbeds to sunbathe. From the front terrace, you access the spacious living-dining room with an American kitchen with an island that is fully equipped and with a capsule coffee maker. In addition, it has a main bedroom with a 1.50 m bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A second bedroom with two single beds and another full bathroom with a bathtub. Both bedrooms have elegant fans over the beds, which make the temperature in the property very pleasant: more ecological and more sustainable than air conditioning. Decorated in a modern style with great taste, it offers all the essential comforts for a holiday as a couple, family or for teleworking, such as 600 Mb WIFI, Smart TV or parking space. The complex is completely new and very quiet and the common areas are spacious. It stands out with a large pool with solarium and sunbeds to sunbathe.

The area is away from large overcrowded tourist centres with a local atmosphere, but still offers within a few minutes' walk all the necessary facilities such as a supermarket, bars and restaurants and a beautiful fine sand beach famous for diving. Hiking lovers can depart from the same apartment along various paths to discover the unique coast, as well as small coves to swim in.

The celebration of events and parties is expressly prohibited, as is the access of people outside the reservation. Guests are also asked to respect the rest of the neighbours, not making noise after 10:00 pm.

Groups of young people under 20 years old are not accepted.

Ursprüngliches Teneriffa

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die zwei Terrasen waren super. Auch der Pool sehr groß, Es war ein bisschen nervig, dass man immer Codes oder Schlüssel braucht sowie kein Schatten am Pool war. Der Ort ist klein und beschaulich. Schöner Strand und im Sommer kann man für wenig Geld Liegen mieten. Gute Lokake und tolles Café sowie ein kleiner gut sortierter Supermarkt runden das Angebot ab.
