「There were 5 of us visiting for a visit to the Loire Valley before Paris. The place was fantastic; it was like living in a castle. It was beautiful and comfortable. It was a great base for visiting wineries and chateaus. I didn’t get to meet our host as he was away on business, but he stayed in contact and his wife was lovely to work with. There are stairs involved but this is Europe and there are stairs everywhere. I would go back there if I ever return.」

「The appartement is very well equipped and stylish. Perfect for a family with 2 children. The flat is at the first floor (not grond floor). The patio still needs some love and is not so cozy as the flat. We could let the bikes here safely. The owner rents 3 appartements here. The sinlge key safe contains all keys. One of the other guests took our key too. Fortunatelly they came back soon after our arrival. 3 separate key safes would be better.」

「le gîte est situé à 7 minutes à pied d'un centre ville historique très vivant et composé de belles demeures. Nous avons visité 2 très beaux châteaux celui de Saumur et celui de Montreuil Bellay, fait une ballade à vélo depuis Saumur jusqu'au beau village médiéval de montsoreau, le long de la Loire à l'aller et à travers les vignobles au retour. 2 très bons restaurants Le Castilille ( top niveau gustatif) et la crêperie Le Bigouden à Saumur et la grange à dîmes à Montreuil Bellay. Très belles...

「Once you have mastered the 68 steps to the 3rd floor you enter a lovely apartment. The lounge/diner is spacious with beautiful views over the River. The bedroom has a very comfortable bed and again beautiful views over the River. The kitchen is comparatively very small but has everything you need. This leads to the shower room/ toilet with a large shower cubicle and wash basin. All in all a lovely apartment that is only 3 minutes walk from a bustling square with many restaurants/bars to enjoy.」

「Quiet neighbourhood, close to the city center of Saumur. Everything you need is available in the appartment. Good bed. Nice garden (through another entrance). Shower is a bit small with a shower curtain and broken shower head holder.」

「Apartment was great. Large rooms, wifi worked well, nice bathroom and shower, great kitchen. However, on third floor with spiral staircase, so a long flight up and down. Also, a narrow, spiral staircase to second bedroom. Seniors will find these stairs difficult.」

「T2 agréable pour 4 personnes, les enfants dans le salon et les adultes en mezzanine dans une grande chambre fermée. Tout le confort pour ces logements, pour quelques jours à petits prix. 」

「Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille dans cette magnifique maison, à l'occasion du pont de l'Ascension. Il s'agit d'une maison familiale, pratique et faite pour accueillir les enfants. Le propriétaire, Gilles, est particulièrement réactif, pour résoudre tout les petits pbs. La maison est particulièrement bien située, en plein de coeur de la ville, à proximité immédiate des commerces et restaurants, et avec un très agréable petit jardin.
