L'Hotel non merita 4 stelle , è al max un 3 stelle ...infatti all'ingresso sono poste le 3 stelle , ma alla reception compare una quarta stella. ! Gli arredi sono malandati e di cattiva qualità La cosa peggiore è la posizione , Expedia trae in inganno con la descrizione ::l'hotel vanta una posizione strategica nel distretto commerciale ...in realtà l'hotel è distante da tutto , in the middle of nowhere ! Andateci e vedrete !

Personale molto accogliente e gradevole,;camere pulite; struttura un po' troppo rumorosa in serata (organizzano serate di musica per i numerosi ospiti stranieri)per questo potrebbero migliorare nella gestione dell'assegnazione delle camere.

Rapporto qualità prezzo giusto, ma ho dormito l'intera notte al freddo. Chiesto l'intervento dell'addetto mi ha spiegato che in una ventina di minuti la camera si sarebbe riscaldata. Mi sono addormentato e svegliato alle due di notte ghiacciato. Mi hanno offerto la colazione per scusarsi dell'inconveniente.

elegangt ausgestattet aber völlig runtergekommen

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Straße mit großem Parkplatz. Auf den ersten Blick wirkt es nobel und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Ausstattung jedoch ist stark runterkommen, ungepflegt in jedem Eck.

Tutto ok, ma delle cose imperdonabili

Nel complesso buon hotel, ma alcune cose sono state veramente non accettabili: Farsi la doccia tranquilli era impossibile, il miscelatore praticamente non funzionava, e quando sembrava andasse l'acqua arrivava a tratti fredda a tratti calda....il getto della stessa era anche molto molto striminzito....esperienza molto negativa. Per non parlare dell'aria condizionata, la mattina spenta...da sauna ...dopo esserci lamentati il giorno successivo ok, ma comunque non è regolabile fa tanto rumore, è praticamente ON OFF senza variazione della ventilazione....Colazione buona come anche la pulizia, questu'ltima la cosa migliore.

dalla stalla alla camera stellata

all'arrivo in camera: il tel. non funzionava, il climatizzatore faceva rumore e c'era freddo, la doccia idromassaggio non funzionava, la TV era VINTAG. Il giorno successivo ci hanno cambiato camera con una di tipo super e siamo stati benissimo.

Personale gentile,struttura che ha bisogno di restauro. Doccia con tubo che perde,riscaldamento a comando,colazione con una sola tostiera per tutta la sala etc. Non sono cose gravi ma se i costi sono da 4 stelle ,devi pretendere di più .

Pontos positivos: limpeza, arrumação, atenção e simpatia da recepção e do restaurante, boas opções do buffet do café da da manhã, local tranquilo. Pontos negativos: um pouco afastado, necessita condução para ir a outros restaurantes, lojas. Tem um mall perto mas ainda sem movimento e com poucas opções de comércio.
