Stayed in the top floor room with the terrace and seating area. Definitely a great decision. Arrezo was the starting point of our Tuscany tour and glad we spent an extra night and day. Great room super convenient to town and the train station.

We stayed in the terrace room! Terrific view and peacefulness. The tub is an excellent addition if you want a relaxing or romantic evening. Only con: The elevator will not go all the way up to the terrace. So if you are carrying heavy luggage, this may be an inconvenience! Other than that, the train station is only a 5 minute walk away. Great location to the city center and restaurants!

We paid for the Panorama View and received the Panorama View, this in its entirety was unique. Upon entering the room, the tv over head was poorly fastened to its mount and was difficult to straighten. The 2 chairs in the room were pretty to look at, but were not comfortable to sit in. The table was equally pretty to look at, but was difficult putting anything on top of it, as many things fell through the table as there was no glass surface to provide any sort of stability for anything. You would think there should be some level of functionality with the only two chairs and table in the room. This should be considered by the Property. - The tub was clean. But upon filling it and turning on the jets, there was a very stinky smell coming from the water and dirty foam accumulated in the water. We couldnt seem to rid the smell. The washroom seemed newly renovated and was very clean, but the toilet paper holder was not standing upright, it was loose and simply required someone to tighten the bolt at the bottom of the stand, which I did myself, but for a 5 star claimed hotel, this is a very small thing that was overlooked. We loved our private terrace, but with only two lounge chairs we hoped there would be some provided comfort to lay on top of these, but there was not, they were pretty uncomfortable to sit/ lay on. This needs to be re-evaluated. Lastly and surprisingly we did have an ant problem. Outside right beside the door to patio, seemed to be the nest of tiny red ants.

molto particolare, praticamente all'arrivo fai tutto da solo in quanto non c'è personale ad aspettarti, ma è tutto molto ben organizzato, dalle preziose indicazioni ricevute tramite telefono al check in self service. Inoltre stanza molto accogliente e curata con delle bellissime vetrate che davano sulla città.

Nice hotel. Spacious room with spacious bathroom, the location is fantastic and the breakfast area and panoramic view are of added value! I slept well in the cosy bed, and although there was a lot going on in the streets, in the room the noise (to me) was very acceptable.

Bis auf die Lage war die Unterkunft leider ziemlich dreckig und verbraucht. Fernseher und Fenster die seit Wochen keinen Lappen mehr gesehen haben, dass nur als Beispiel. Auch war permanent ein sehr ekliger Geruch im Zimmer. Für das was eine Nacht gekostet hat gibt es viel bessere Alternativen in Arezzo. Wenn die durchaus freundliche Gastgeberin Mal ein wenig mehr in ihr B&B investieren würde, hätte sie ein tolles Break and Breakfast Hotel in einer Top Lage. So wurde ich leider davon abraten

Tout d’abord, Giuditta a reporté notre heure d’arrivée trois fois. À notre arrivée, elle nous a donné des explications au micro alors qu’on ne pouvait rien entendre avec le bruit des autos et trois chiens qui jappaient près de moi. Finalement, mon ami est parti pour trouver un stationnement sans aucune indication de La part de notre hôtesse. Après 10 minutes, elle est finalement descendue et j’ai pu monter avec les valises dans ce petit ascenseur étouffant. Elle m’a alors demandé à quelle heure nous désirions avoir le petit déjeuner . Je lui répondu vers 07:00-07:30. Elle a répondu que c’était Impossible avant 08:30-09:00 . Mais nous devions partir de bonne heure. Enfin, passons. Comme nous sommes des lève-tôt, je suis allée à la cuisine pour nous faire un café. Mais rien du tout n’était prévu pour les clients en attente du petit du déjeuner. Rien. Alors, si vous arrivez à pied, sans auto, que le bruits des autos , les vroum vroum des motos et les jappements des chiens ne vous dérangent pas, alors, allez-y. Mais pour ce prix (83 euros), on peut aussi trouver de jolies chambres qui offrent eux, de vrais petits déjeuners avec un bon café. Mais probablement que cet accueil indifférent que nous avons reçu a quelque chose à voir avec notre mauvaise expérience. En somme, une grande chambre propre, bruyante à cause des bruits de la rue, sans confort, avec une petite douche où il n’y a pas de support pour un petit savon, rien....Bref, un mauvais souvenir à oublier!

The place is as advertised but be mindful if you rent the top floor room, the circular stairs to the top are very tight and difficult even with small bags. The elevator to the main lobby is also challenging with bags. Not a good destination for people with many bags or large bags.

駅にも旧市街にも近くて、とてもいい立地。屋上からの眺望がとてもよくて、夕暮れを椅子に座って眺めていました。朝食は手作りのケーキなんかもあってとても良かったです。エレベーターがとても狭いので大きなバックパックでは入れないかもしれません。チェッックインの時はエレベーターが使えないので荷物を持って階段で上がるのはちょっとつらい。お部屋は広くて清潔でモダンなインテリアでした。

Het contact met de eigenaresse was zeer goed. De accommodatie ligt in het centrum van de stad. Minder goed is de toegang. Deze was versperd door hangjongeren. Via een zeer kleine oude lift waar niet meer dan twee personen in passen kom je bij de B&B.

Perfectly fine overnight stop with a short walk to the train station. Lobby and breakfast were lovely, room was clean and spacious. Rooftop view was beautiful. Nothing luxurious but clean and comfortable at this price point.
