"First I would def request a to that doesn’t have a conjoining room door. This was my first time here. It was a very clean, nice hotel. The rooms were spacious. Now the negative, I had a conjoining door to my room that went to the next door. At 7am in the morning, the room next to mine was having like a party. They were so loud talking about how they got in fights that night which is alarming. It was like the door leading into my room made it sound like a megaphone. I was so upset because I needed to sleep in to study for my finals the very next day. I called the front desk, & she did apologize with saying she would go up there & take care of it. I waited 45 minutes & it still hasn’t stopped. I called the front desk again. She sad that she called the room (which was weird) & they told her they were getting ready to leave. Wtheck does it matter if they are leaving or not. Still nothing was done. Then at about 11am, one of employees just walked right into my room. As soon as the door opened “i yelled hello someone is in here” & the door shut. What the heck.. it was not a good experience. I was so exhausted, I got no sleep to study for my final, made grade was lower than all of my finals. I travel about every other weekend to Columbus & other areas. Never have I had this happen ever. Extremely upset. Still have not heard back from them. "

"I had a great hotel experience. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were uniformly wonderful. The complimentary buffet breakfast was pretty good too - definitely better variety and quality than in most budget-minded hotels. It doesn't have a fancy lobby, but that doesn't matter to me."
