We were super early, 10am, so of course we couldn’t check in yet. We came back at 2pm but the room was still not ready. They just were on auto pilot saying check-in was at 3pm. They didn’t even want to check with housekeeping for the actual status of the room. So we had the wait in the reception area. Our water bottles were empty by then, so we asked if we could get some water, but even that was not an option. So rude, so extremely unfriendly, with a clear ‘I don’t care’ attitude. "

Unfortunately the location, conditions, cleaneness and access to the hotel are terrible to the point that the night we arrived we looked for a different place, checking out first thing in the morning. I would not recommend this hotel to any foreigner used to basic standards. Only plus of the place was the staff friendliness and good customer service."
