"Lamentablemente ofrecieron una piscina sin calentador. Nunca pudimos hacer la modificación para el acuerdo con el host. Nos retiramos el sábado durante la mañana y acordamos con el host el reembolso de la noche del domingo aunque nuestra solicitud era la devolución de las noches del sábado y domingo. La plataforma no nos permitío los cambios y siempre nos decía que nos comunicaramos con el host, lo que hicimos en múltiples ocasiones. Incluso llamaos en varias ocasiones a los numéros de teléfono de servicio al cliente,pero tampoco logramos comunicación. Los mensajes enviados y recibidos del host son la evidencia de nuestras reclamaciones. "
