The home has 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms with curbless showers and accommodates up to 10 guests.

Just a short 4 minute walk to the beach, the home is in a quiet, residential setting and sits on a fully fenced, nearly one acre lot.

The home offers a great balance of indoor comfort and outdoor living, ideal for outdoor dining under the covered patios or relaxing in the hammock after a day at the beach.

Those who want to spend quality time together and have a true tropical experience will enjoy staying here.

All bedrooms have air conditioning units, ceiling fans, lounge seating, light filtering curtains, and one bed per bedroom to ensure comfort and privacy for all guests.

Two of the bedrooms have dedicated workspaces (desk and chair), ideal for remote work.

The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, dishwasher and cookware.

The home has 2 indoor dining tables and a secondary refrigerator in the laundry room.

The covered patio areas have dining tables, outdoor seating and a gas BBQ grill.
The string lights in the covered patio areas are great for evening ambiance.

The home is surrounded by large grassy yard areas with space for kids to play and adults to unwind.
There are also coconut, mango, avocado, and breadfruit trees in the backyard.

There is high speed Wifi throughout the home, 2 washer/dryer units (one gas, one electric) in the laundry room and the parking area on the property is free, private, and gated.

The living area has a 47” Smart TV, and the home has a full house power generator and water cistern in case of an outage.

The hosts provide bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels and 1 bag of local Puerto Rican coffee.


Important house rules to ensure a wonderful experience for all guests:

* Maximum stay: 21 nights.

* Not suitable for parties or events. No DJ equipment, decorations, confetti, glitter, or fireworks.

* Only registered guests allowed on the property.

* No smoking, vaping, or candles inside the home.


Required additional cleaning for longer stays:

For longer stays, 8 days or more, a mid stay cleaning for bedrooms and bathrooms will be scheduled to help maintain the home’s quality.

All bedroom bed sheets and all bathrooms will be cleaned at an estimated completion time of 3 hours.

Each mid stay cleaning will be added to all reservations that qualify, at a cost of $100 per cleaning, and will be coordinated with guest prior to check in.
