Todo estuvo genial, el personal es súper amable y pendiente a todo, las habitaciones super limpias el desayuno es 10/10 buena ubicación ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Solo les quiero recomendar algo el aire acondicionado no enfría bien y no estuve en una si no en dos habitaciones diferentes y pasé calor pero todo lo demás está muy bien mil gracias y volveré 👍

Exceptional service from the concierge and reception staff. Stayed at many 5 star hotels, the level of service is another level in this hotel. Super friendly, helpful and professional staff. A big thank you to Konstantin, Paula, Lucas and Azahara. You made our trip to Madrid very special and memorable.
Stunning design and decor in the common areas and the room. Very clean also . Excellent food. We enjoyed our stay so much, that we extended it.

Think the AC had been turned off due to being later in the year, we had it turned on but no cold which left us with a very warm room. They had an event during our stay, which led to waiting in the parking lot for an hour to find parking. Pool was closed. Shower head broken. Place is very peaceful and serene. Very clean and staff helpful. Close to being an excellent hotel, just need to tie up some loose ends.
