It easily accommodates up to 22 guests and offers a large swimming pool, lush open-air spaces, and an exclusive and sun-soaked garden perfectly completed by alfresco dining and BBQ creating a heavenly summer or wintertime atmosphere.
The property is divided into two structures, with the main villa featuring three separate apartment units with no internal connection and a 550 square-metre dependence. All four apartments have 2 levels and ooze the typical Tuscan charm with a living room centred around an ambient fireplace and an archway leading to the relaxing kitchen-dining area with a flat-screen TV, dining and all essential utilities to facilitate an effortless stay. There are a total of 11 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms fully furnished and complete for maximum comfort of the guests.
Other desirable amenities like a dishwasher, washing machine, free Wi-Fi and private parking are available for all apartments. Kitchen utilities also include drip coffee machine, oven and fridge with freezer, among others.

The 3-level holiday villa is located just a short drive from the charms and all essential amenities of Arcidosso. At Arcidosso guests can also admire one of the most striking historic town centres of Amiata as well as Aldobrandeschi castle, which dates back to the 1000s! For those looking for some serene walks into nature, Monte Amiata with its picturesque trails is a 25-minute drive from here. Plus, many famous natural thermal spas like Bagni Vignoni and Bagni di San Filippo can be reached in a 40-45 minutes car drive. To enjoy the sandy beaches of the coast at Marina di Grosseto, guests are only a 1-hour drive away. Montalcino, known for its stunning views of Monte Amiata as well as Castello di Montalcino, is also just 40-minutes from here, meanwhile, Pienza is about an hour’s drive.
Florence’s international airport is 2 hours and 10 minutes away.
