"Pros: Loved the location as it was really quiet with nice views. The outdoor area was great and we really enjoyed the new day bed which is not yet shown on the photos. Also enjoyed the outdoor cooking area with darts and archery. The hosts met us and answered all our questions and made sure we had all the information we needed. Communication was great. Cons: Nothing but be aware travelling to the location by car requires driving along a narrow cliff road"

All air-con and ceiling fan. Accommodation was clean, modern and spacious. Beds were comfortable, and bed linen was fresh and looked lovely. "The hotel is well situated, just off the pedestrian street and about 2 lines back from the beach promenade. There are plenty of bars and restaurants around. The room was clean, spacious and had a good size balcony overlooking a side street. The reception staff spoke excellent English and could provide information if needed. The only small negative point is that the tea/coffee supply is a “welcome gift” and not necessarily replaced. Definitely worth making “friends” with housekeeping!! We will happily return."

"Great stay at the Balcon De Europa hotel. Location was perfect. Unfortunately the beach in front of the hotel was a very popular public beach (I thought it was a private beach for hotel guests) and it was impossible to find a spot on the beach. In any case the other beaches close to the hotel were excellent. We had a sea view balcony which was ideal. The Staff were incredibly helpful. Francisco stood out for his hospitality at breakfast and also at dinner in the Náutico restaurant. Great few days in Nerja. Will return to this hotel."
