Paid for my room and she then noticed I had a dog. I travel with a service dog. I was charged extra for that, handed my key and AC controller. The room was unique along with the common areas. "The apartment is great. However, one of the bathrooms was out of order which made it very inconvenient for a family of six. Also, master bedroom ac does not cool. "
