「Well appointed ocean front property with stunning views and lay out conducive for travel with our 96 yr old mother who uses a walker and requires support at night. Adjacent bedrooms, walk in shower and single level main living/sleeping were ideal. Chef's kitchen, nice deck for ocean viewing with large table for outside dining. Long stretch of quiet beach for walks, kite flying, and bird watching. Our second stay at this property and we will certainly return for our next Oregon Coast visit. 」

「The home has gorgeous views. The trees and shrubs have grown up a bit so somewhat limiting. The trail has been improved. There are screens on some of the windows now. Still no TV in the living room.The local AvantStay staff were wonderful and the home was very clean. I would suggest that the spices and canisters get labeled in the kitchen. 「We really enjoyed the location and many of the amenities and features in the home. We were, however, disappointed that the house stated 4 bedrooms, and 2 of the "rooms" did not have doors, thus making it not really a bedroom and rather awkward for our party. The two "bedrooms" upstairs had no door, so the adults in the main bedroom upstairs did not have any privacy from the kids sleeping in the other room. 」

「I loved the location, really close to the beach and walking distance to downtown. The place was clean, no A/C, could use a couple fans for warm nights while sleeping. I needed extra tp and towels, all I had to do was call and they brought them over. I do wish there was a broom and dustpan. Being so close to the beach, we did track in sand. We stayed several days, so it would've been nice to be able to clean up a bit. Other than that, it was great. 」

「The best vacation ever!! Very close to the beach- We walked on the beach almost everyday. Breathtaking views from all the windows, especially the main window. Town was a short walk away. Beach towels and all you could need to cook were provided. You can't tell from the pictures but there is a TV there probably 42 inches.The rocking chair was my favorite to sit in, very comfortable. Only pro was the sofa bed was broken, however there was sleeping pads under the twin beds and that worked just fine...

「The house is large - room for everyone. We liked the layout- two dining areas & three sitting areas. 4 full bathrooms. One thing to know- all the bedrooms are on the 2nd & 3rd floor. We liked being close to the beach & being on the northern most point of the boardwalk. The house was very clean & modernized.」

「We all loved this house! It was a fabulous option for a large group and if we ever decide to all go on a trip again, this property is at the top of our list! Walkable to town with amazing views. One item we wanted to mention was that beach access was not quite as easy as the pictures made it look for people with some mobility issues. But otherwise access was completely fine for the rest of the group. Thank you for providing a space for us to make wonderful memories! 」

「This place was probably the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Planty of bedrooms very nicely laid out. Plenty of bathrooms. No waiting in line. Large very well appointed kitchen with all your needs covered. It very well loceted to town and the beach. It has gorgeous deck overlooking the beach. The owners very friendly and great to work with.
