「We had freezing temperatures in Florida and when i found out this cottage does not have any heat I contacted the host and said we can't stay there with no heat and Pia assured me that an electric fire place was installed and there is a space heater, however the electric fire place does not heat the room and the space heater was miniature so we froze to death all night and were so miserable. Pia did refund us 100. but a full refund would have been more acceptable. Do not stay here when it's cold...

「This was a renovated duplex in an older neighborhood. I felt safe accommodations were good. We had a little plumbing issue where we were there that they were trying to resolve on the last night. Owner seemed very nice.」

「The host for this VRBO was outstanding. Excellent property. Very clean. It is a new build. I am not sure how new, I think my wife and I are one of the first or at least top 10 to rent.
