「We absolutely loved the property and cabin. Very relaxing. The only negative part out of our entire weekend was the beds were the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. We tried the pullout bed even but it was still hard as a rock just like the upstairs one. We would love to come back but hopefully there will be a different mattress available.」

「We absolutely loved the space! Great for big groups/multiple families/kids. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed use of the fire pit, the bbq grill and walking the property/mushroom hunting. Check-in was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.」

「We were very happy with this property. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay for 1-2 people. It is actually bigger than what might be initially perceived when you consider the foyer as a place to store things (eg luggage), the balcony with a grill and the community propery sitting areas. 「Overall the home was very nice and cozy. Only issues were minor, some silverware had to be rewashed, personal communication was non-existant leaving it unclear how to ask questions for like finding extra blankets...which we never found. 「Stayed at this amazing updated lakefront cottage with my sister and niece for the Frankfort 70.3 Ironman race. Location could not be better. Cottage is updated and pictures are accurate. 「This is the second time that my brother, sister in law, my wife and I have stayed at this cabin! We love that we have our own bedrooms and bathrooms! 「The paddle boards and canoes on the lake made the trip really fun for teenagers. Right on a nice lake so it’s shallow enough to explore and also swim out deeper and much warmer than Lake Michigan which is close enough to drive back and forth from easily.」

「Ray's cottage is an awesome traditional cottage. Cottage is clean and very well maintained. The stone fireplace and deck views were amazing. Cottage sits on a very nice large wood lot. Loved listening to the Loons in morning and evening. Excellent fishing lake, caught several good size large mouth bass and a few smallies. Great location and area to see all the local beautiful beaches, lakes and towns. I definitely recommend and want to return soon. Great place Ray!」

「Comfy, quaint cottage, better than a hotel room! Was clean and just as pictured. Worked out great for ski weekend for me and my teen. Can see Crystal Mtn from property. 35 mins from Caberfae Peaks. 「The Shed is a little gem in northern Michigan with close and easy access to Crystal Mountain, Arcadia Bluffs, and Sleeping Bear Dunes, among others. Off the beaten path but a quick drive to Bear Lake for groceries and other essentials. Perfectly cozy for my wife and me, but also would be good for a family with 1-2 kids or even two couples.
