Cocoonr d'Arcachon offers you this beautiful, fully-renovated 40 m² apartment for 2 people and 1 child.
One bedroom opening onto a balcony, ideally located in Arcachon's hypercentre,
The apartment is located 150 m from the Arcachon beach, near the Thiers pier, in the heart of the town, close to the market square and all amenities, including the train station 10 minutes away on foot.

Located on the 1st floor (no elevator) of a small residence, it comprises

- Beautiful, bright living room opening onto the terrace, tastefully decorated in a Zen, cozy atmosphere.
fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso, cupboards, washing machine, sitting area with armchairs and coffee table.
Functional furnishings, free wifi.
- Pleasant balcony overlooking the street to enjoy breakfast and dinner on the beach,
- 1 bedroom with a 140cm bed and a single bed, plus storage space, opening onto a small balcony.

If you feel like taking to the open sea, there are regular boat shuttles from the Thiers jetty to Cap Ferret, Ile aux oiseaux or the famous cabanes tchanquées.
The transparent waters of the Banc d'Arguin are a paradise on earth!
You can take a trip down the leyre river , to the Teich ornithological park, choose to be accompanied by a guide, or alone with your kayak.

Idéalement situé

Séjour de 9 jours dans cet appartement ancien rénové récemment avec gout. Idéal pour 2 personnes. Le point fort, sa localisation a 1min de la place des marquises, 7min gare, 5min plage. Point faible,confort salon a ameliorer.
