Swim in the pool and fish, crab or sun on beach. Shark teeth found at times. Basic tackle provided for fishing and crabbing. License required. (www.ncwildlife.org) Visit Oriental 15 minutes away or take a free ferry ride to get to Morehead city or Beaufort about 30 minutes away. Historic New Bern has a great downtown area full of breweries, restaurants and history. Local NC seafood available. We can set you up with local fishing guides to target what's seasonally available or just sit back and enjoy the beautiful Neuse river with dolphins, osprey, bald eagles, otters, sunsets and more.

Beautiful waterfront property strategically located for enjoying Minnesott Beach, the Pamlico coastal region, and the Outer Banks. Quiet and relaxing even with the ferry port just yards away.
