This was probably the worst check in in my whole trip, the receptionist sent us to the most remote room in the property with a view of the laundry lines and called it a garden view, WE WERE THE ONLY GUESTS AT THE TIME mischarged for the extras. I had to get visibly upset for the room to be changed.

Bom mas não volto.

Banheiro horrível. Chuveiro péssimo. Água jorrando para o lado da parede com um bancada em cima. Ou vc encostava na bancada ou não tomava banho pois a água cai para o lado da parede. Torneira estragada. Quarto com cama confortável. Café da manhã excelente e com bons funcionários. Tapioca, ometele e ovos feito na hora. Único problema que o horário do café terminava às 10hs e desde as 09hs os funcionários começavam a perguntar a hora entre si e para os hóspedes. Tipo assim: doido para acabar.

Só tem aparência. Ficamos em um quarto em condições ruins, a porta principal tinha uma rachadura enorme que, assim que o sol nasceu, a luz vem direto na cara e não permite mais dormir. Se alguém do lado de fora olhasse pela rachadura, poderia até me ver pelado. Outra questão é que tentaram de todas as formas consertar o ar condicionado, porém não conseguiram e fiquei com o ar ruim mesmo, ligado em uma temperatura aleatória (porque nenhum controle funcionou e aí você não sabe qual a temperatura está e não consegue alterar). Outra observação péssima do serviço oferecido é em relação à água filtrada. No RJ estamos acostumados à obrigatoriedade de fornecer água aos clientes e fui pedir para encher a garrafinha do meu filho e a reposta de todos os funcionários foi de que a pousada apenas vende água e se negaram a fornecer água filtrada. Se fosse aqui no RJ eu formalizaria a denúncia pela ausência de fornecimento de água filtrada aos clientes, mas vi que no estado do Ceará ainda não existe a mesma obrigatoriedade... porém fica registrado o absurdo e a falta de respeito com os hóspedes. Aconselho a procurarem uma outra pousada, porque este aqui só tem aparência... não se iluda.

Excelente de modo geral. Os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos, sempre com uma ótima atenção. O quarto que fiquei era bom, fica prox a praia e ao “centro” da cidade, então dá para fazer a pé quase tudo. O café da manhã excelente, com comidas já preparadas para servir à vontade e opções feita na hora pela cozinha.
