"The staff was wonderful."

"Casa Tuirak exceeded our expectations in every way. The property is stunning, peaceful, and surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and were attentive throughout our stay. We arrived at 7:00 a.m., well before check-in, and the hotel offered us the option of enjoying the facilities while we waited or paying for an early check-in, which we appreciated after traveling overnight. There was a room assignment mix-up during our stay, but...

"It showed that we had free breakfast but we got there and there was no free breakfast the owner came up with some lame excuse so we were out of the pocket for breakfast every morning but yet online it shows that it comes with free breakfast it was included but some way he weasel the way to get us to pay for it"
