Aquatika Rent beach resort

Aquatika is a beautiful complex for the enjoyment of families and friends, in a quiet atmosphere perfect for spending a few relaxing days. Located in the town of Loiza on the Northeast coast of Puerto Rico. Loiza is approximately 30-35 minutes drive from San Juan. It has access control, 24 hour security, excellent recreational facilities such as 5 pools, private access to the beach, 2 tennis courts, mini golf, basketball court, volleyball court, 2 playgrounds.

The space
The apartment includes, high speed internet with access to wi-fi for the enjoyment of Netflix, A/C in all rooms as well as Smart TVs, including in the living room.

- The guests have access to the entire apartment, except to a private wardrobe, which remains closed.
First floor apartment suitable for every member of the family.
- It has three bedrooms:
- First room, the bed is queen.
- Second room has 2 twin size bunk bed.
- Third room is the master which has a king bed.
- It has 2 bathrooms, one of which is located in the master room.

Cozy living room.
- Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove with microwave, refrigerator, and kitchen utensils.
- Washer and dryer.
- Spacious balcony which includes BBQ, chairs and table for your enjoyment.
- We offer the necessary disposable amenities for your vacation to have a comfortable start, these amenities include bath gel and shampoo per bathroom, 2 trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap, and 2 dish cloths. We do not offer unlimited disposable amenities.

Guest access
- The guests have access to the entire apartment, except to a private wardrobe, which remains closed.

- You will have access to the entire Aquatika complex and to all the amenities it has to offer. The space is equipped with the equipment you need to enjoy all the activities of the complex.

Beach ACCESS:
access to the beach is right at the end of the complex with a special key to enter and exit the beach area. We provide the door key that gives you access to the beach, but please note that if the key is lost or not returned at check out, you will be charged a $100.00 replacement fee for the key.

Lost or damaged towel (stained) towel will be $20.00

- We provide a bath towel per guest and a beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties generally include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler.

- Aquatika has a strict facility access control policy. Upon confirmation of reservation, guests must provide the names of those who will be occupying the apartment. Otherwise, there may be delays at check-in or security is denied entry. According to Aquatika's policy, the maximum capacity for each apartment is 8 guests. The only exception to the rules is up to two infants (0-2 years old), in addition to the eight guests. They can only access the complex: No VISITORS.

- The Aquatika complex requires all guests to use a resort-style wristband during their stay. Wristbands will be provided to guests when checking in with security guards. These bracelets should always be on, this way, complex security can identify guests. The cost of the wristbands are included in the total price of the stay.

- Everyone under 21 years of age must be accompanied and under adult supervision at all times.

Complex amenities Hours:

- Pools hours are 9:00 AM - 1:00 AM.

- The beach gate will be open from 7:00 am to 6 pm.

The pool water slide works only on Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 5pm

Other things to note
ADDITIONAL RULES

- This is a smoke-free property.

- SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE APARTMENT PREMISES.

- Guests are not allowed to receive visitors during their stay.

- All people must be registered in the guardhouse.

- Renters must wear Aquatika wristbands at all times while in public areas of the premises.

- Do not hang towels, swimsuits, or similar items from windows, balconies, doors, railings, or other areas that are visible from outside.

- Please use the provided towel racks.

- This practice may result in fines from the Aquatika complex for $200. If the owner of the apartment is fined, the guest will be charged this fine.

- Unnecessary noises are not allowed. Radio and TV should be operated in such a way as not to disturb the neighbors.

- No one can throw any object or trash in the apartment window, balcony hallways or other areas of the condo

- All trash must be deposited in lock bags and placed inside the trash bins that are in the parking lot at the time of check out.

- No glass, cigarette, food, or beverages allowed in the pools or on the waterslide.

Chairs are not allowed inside or on the edge of the pools.

- Children 21 and under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult when common areas, pools, and recreational areas enter.

- Use the beach at your own risk (no lifeguards on site)

Additional rules
Guests You can't receive visitors.
Ensure all doors and windows are properly closed
A/C and lights must be kept off if you are outside the apartment. At the end of your stay, you must make sure to leave the lights and A/C off.
It is forbidden to leave dirty dishes or utensils in the sink or store dirty items in the cabinets.
Place the trash outside in the parking lot.
Do not put wet towels on the furniture, balcony railings.
Indicate the names of each guest in your group 3 days in advance to coordinate the bracelets.
Late check out is subject to availability. If available there is an additional charge of $50.00 until 3pm.

*Each guest will use a wristband at all times, wristbands are delivered upon check in. Guests must wear bracelets at all times.

*Cost for each lost towel $20.00.
