「I ended up at Camp Deforest serendipitously, but it was one of the highlights of my trip! This beautifully renovated motel from the 1950s has a summer camp theme that's the perfect blend of nostalgia and whimsy. 「The main problem during our stay was the noise. The walls are extremely thin — we could hear everything, even the people in the next room using their microwave. We were placed between two rooms that seemed to be traveling together, and they partied and slammed their doors throughout the night. By 3 AM, we had to ask them to quiet down.
