「i arrived to a room smelling terrible . only one key was placed even though it stated there would be two, when asked he said i didn’t think you wanted the other but i can give it to you. the outlet started smoking!! i genuinely had to book another spot do not come here .」

「Would definitely return here if needed another stay soon. Check-in moved quickly despite our late arrival, rooms remained cool due to air conditioning, showers worked well plus bathtubs available if preferred.」

「Amazing place with great views! Definitely would come again, the host was very communicative and accommodating」

「The property was clean and instructions were clear and easy to read. Beautiful view. The heater worked excellent. 」

「Wonderful place, very well stocked kitchen even though we just got take-out food. The two decks are great to hang out and view the surroundings. Taking our dog out to do his business in the back was not the easiest, but we managed.」

「The location is great and centrally located near everything Big Bear has to offer. That said, the property felt under-equipped and poorly maintained. The kitchen item were as cheap as cheap could be and lacked. Several things were broken, such as the toilet seat and blinds. The hot water in the shower was not adequate. Towels, toiletries, were as cheap as kitchen. The bedding, and the bed were not comfortable. This place did not meet the cost. I actually chose to leave before my second night...

「We absolutely love staying here. I love how fully stocked it was. There was so much to do. They truly ensure that you are going to be the most comfortable you can be being away from home.」
