Situated on a tranquil 1,160 m² plot near the charming village of Kournas and its namesake lake, Esotico Escape Villa boasts contemporary amenities, a private swimming pool, and spacious living areas. Whether you're in the mood for adventure or seeking a peaceful retreat, this villa guarantees a memorable experience.



Esotico Escape Villa offers stunning natural vistas, featuring majestic mountains and the sparkling sea in the distance and it’s conveniently located just 450 meters from a traditional taverna, a short 10-minute drive from Lake Kournas, and 20 kilometers from the enchanting Old Town of Rethymno.



Layout

This spacious retreat covers 198 m2, spreads in 2 levels and can accommodate up to 12 guests in 5 en-suite bedrooms and an auxiliary space. This thoughtful arrangement ensures ample space and privacy for everyone, making it an ideal retreat for big families or groups.



Interiors

Pool level

On the pool level, an autonomous studio awaits, featuring a convenient kitchenette, compact fridge, and private bathroom with shower. This space offers direct access to the pool terrace and includes a 1.50 x 2.00-meter double bed and 43’’ smart TV.



First floor

Step into the first floor of our exquisite villa, where an open-plan design seamlessly integrates the living room, dining area and kitchen. This airy layout promotes a sense of togetherness and fluidity, perfect for socializing and entertaining. The cozy living room invites relaxation with its comfortable seating, 55’’ smart TV and elegant décor, creating an inviting ambiance for all guests. Adjacent, the modern kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, flows effortlessly into the stylish dining area for 8, making meal preparation and dining a communal experience. This space also offers direct outdoor access to a spacious veranda featuring an al fresco dining area and outdoor living room. A WC is also available on this floor, next to the kitchen.



Moving on the hallway, you'll find an auxiliary area thoughtfully equipped with bunk beds (2 single beds 0,90 X 2,00 each), perfect for children or extra guests, as well as a washing machine and dryer, discreetly concealed within a spacious wardrobe. Passing through this point, guests can access the corridor leading to the remaining four bedrooms, each offering a luxurious bed measuring 1.70x2.00 meters, 32’’ smart TV and wardrobe space.



Esotico Escape Villa is designed for ultimate comfort, as each bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with shower and one of them also features a bathtub. Bed linen, pool and bathroom towels are provided for all guests.



Exterior

Pool Level

Experience the ultimate outdoor oasis at Esotico Escape Villa, boasting a generous 920m² private space with breathtaking sea views. Dive into the 56m² swimming pool with easy step access, or relax on the pool terrace, featuring a poolside shower, six sun beds, three umbrellas, and two gazebos. Savor alfresco dining in the fully equipped, shaded area that comfortably seats ten and includes a gas BBQ and an outdoor sink. With ample lounging areas and additional seating spots, this outdoor haven is perfect for relaxation and entertainment.



Ascend the outdoor staircase to the first floor, where the comfort continues. A second dining table for ten awaits under the shade of a pergola. Relax in the outdoor lounging area, complete with built-in benches and a decorative water feature, creating the perfect setting for evening drinks. The lawn-covered area is ideal for children to play. With private parking for four cars within the villa premises, convenience is assured for all guests.
