この施設について

Martins Eco Residential Complex, Petar-Apiaí-Rastro da Serpente

 • The Martins residential building has 2 floors, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate kitchen and laundry room. It offers a direct view of the Araucaria Park. The location is tranquil, a perfect introduction for ecotourism enthusiasts. Situated 400 meters from the highway connecting São Paulo to Curitiba (SP250 and BR476 - Rastro da Serpente), it is less than 1 km from the commercial center and close to the Intecement factory. The building is part of a welcoming and family-friendly complex, making it a good option for leisure, work, studies, etc.
We are located 23km from the Santana and Ouro Grosso areas of the PETAR park.
It will be a pleasure to assist you.
