"This Vrbo offered a luxury experience from the moment we arrived. Rachel is an outstanding host — incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and she genuinely thinks of every detail. We were welcomed with snacks, beverages, a s’mores kit, and chocolate mints placed on the pillows, which made the home feel warm and elevated. The location added even more magic to our stay. We took a three‑hour float down the river to Swampy’s and spotted otters playing along the way. It was serene, memorable, and the perfect touch to an already exceptional trip."

"Beautiful home very clean, very comfortable and very big. There were plenty of things to do kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding all of which we did. We decided to work on a puzzle and get it done by the time we left at the end of our visit. We almost made it, not quite though, but everyone worked on it and we still had a good time. We also did karaoke and grilled outside several times which was very nice. The weather was absolutely beautiful. The water in river was high. It was a cool 72 and clear as glass. We absolutely had a wonderful time and we will be coming back next year. Thank you for giving us a place to make a lot of new memories."

"We had a family of 5 with 2 dogs and there was plenty of space for everyone! The house had all the necessities and the neighborhood was super nice, quiet and safe. The beds and furniture was comfortable for relaxing and the place is decorated nicely and clean! The house location is close to town with stores and restaurants, and is very close to Rainbow River Springs and KP hole. We utilized the trailer and kayaks that were provided as well which was such a nice touch! The host was very responsive before and during the stay The only thing that would have made it a touch better was a standard sized pool since this one was a little smaller than expected."

"The location was excellent! We enjoyed the kayaks & sitting on the great deck. The guys enjoyed fishing off the deck as well. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of seating for meals & playing games. The living room area had plenty of seating as well. It could use some updating & a deep cleaning but if you mostly looking for a great area for outdoor activities, this is a great place."
