"This was a wonderful vacation in a beautiful accommodation. The river that flows around the house gives you a good feeling every day. The welcome by Karsten ensures that you feel at ease right away. A great guy who makes sure everything is in order. A phone call, and he comes right away. Everything is there to enjoy. Plenty of space, very much space. A spacious kitchen, good bedrooms and bathrooms, beautiful pool,... Fivizzano itself is calm and the atmosphere is great. To sum it up......

"This villa is in a beautiful rural location a short walk outside the village of Castel-Nuovo. It looks over the quite populated valley below that leads to La Spezia. We had a hard time finding the villa because the Internet went down soon after leaving the La Spezia-PIsa highway so we couldn't use Google-Maps, but providing the internet is working it's easy to find. The pool is small but warm (in early June) and in a pleasant private location. One of the two bed-rooms is up a steep winding metal...

"As a whole, our experience with the property was stressful, difficult to locate, and our expectations were completely misled from reality. The property is 14 miles outside of the main city center (La Spezia). It took us convincing a taxi driver to drive us the 35 minutes from the train station to the rental. "We went to Licciana Nardi for a family wedding. Our group of 12 family members (aunts, uncles, cousins, etc) rented this home to stay close to the venue. We loved it! The pool was amazing.
