Os quartos são limpos, silenciosos, sem cheiro; uma equipe atenciosa, sempre pronta a nos atender; café da manhã, padrão, com frutas, pães, doces, mas todo dia é igual, e acho que poderiam dar mais atenção aos detalhes, como na limpeza das louças. A localização achei mt boa, perto da basílica e outras atrações, apesar de ser uma rua meio estranha, digo isso por a rua ser em uma ladeira, pois pode prejudicar pessoas com baixa mobilidade, mas no geral foi uma boa estadia. Por srer uma estadia de dois dias, achei que valeu o investimento.

Todo o hotel estava limpo e cheiroso. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelos funcionários, todos sendo muito solícitos e educados. O quarto tem um tamanho bom. O box era bem pequeno, mas a água era boa. O quarto tem as paredes muito finas e dava pra ouvir barulho de fora, dos quartos vizinhos e principalmente do corredor. Acordamos às 4 da manhã com pessoas saindo dos quartos, batendo a porta e falando nos corredores. No café da manhã, 40 minutos antes do término, não fizeram reposição de ovo mexido na rampa, e mais de 10 pessoas chegaram nesse período.

A localização é muito boa, apesar de parecer um local estranho inicialmente, mas o hotel é bom e oferece um bom serviço e atendimento. Em relação a custo/benefício com certeza é uma ótima opção. Quartos amplos e camas confortáveis, além de banheiro com chuveiro bom. Eu recomendo o hotel.

Hotel bom porém com ressalvas importantes

O hotel é muito bom, café da manhã bom… O grande problema é quando está muito cheio você não consegue usar o elevador, passa muito tempo esperando e quando consegue entrar ele fica igual ônibus, parando de andar em andar, as vezes você desiste e desce de escada… outra situação muito desagradável é que tinha muita gente ( em torno de 40 pessoas) na porta bebendo muito, brigando com funcionários do hotel, não entendo pq permitem pessoas bebendo na calçada do hotel, tem sensação de estarmos num bar de vulgaridade.
