"We arrived after a 120km drive from a villa in the hills to stay at a fun resort by the sea for our son including swimming pools. Guess what after hunting for them both pools were out of action which was neglected to be informed to us at booking and also at reception. The staff seemed to be unconcerend and confused this was a problem, our son however was very distraught."

"We enjoyed our 6 day stay at Donatella's home! She picked us up from the airport late at night! I will never forget that incredible gesture of kindness. "Wir haben es sehr genossen in dem gemütlich eingerichteten Ferienhaus eine Woche zu verbringen. Es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Der Garten war sehr liebevoll gepflegt. "We enjoyed our stay here, there is a grocery store as well as a few eating spots within walking distance. The property was well maintained, and the staff was very welcoming. The apartment comes with a kitchen, but you have to pay for the use of everything in the kitchen, including the dishes and cutlery . This is not made very clear by Expedia! "Beautifully renovated building that was a former kindergarten school. It is still working on renovations otherwise, i would have rated it a 5 for property and immediate area. It has a private beach and a nice seafood restaurant attached to the resort hotel. The staff are first class. The suites include full kitchens and clothes washers and shower."

"I have seen reviews that are not correct. You can use a bus or a train to get around everywhere you want. (Just don't rent a car from Sixt [They will rip you off]). I used the 70 bus to the train station and in an hour you are at the airport, get the 24 or 48 hour pass that covers but the bus and train. If you still have to have a car, they have gated parking for you. The staff speaks English, some better than others. Housekeeping is the best, they do an excellent job, its shows that they care. The buffet wasn't for me, but it did have unlimited coffee, various pastries that would cost you way more than if you go down the street. The rooms have mini splits so you can control the room temperature hot or cold."
