We had a wonderful stay at Kaila City Hotel. The location is absolutely excellent—very central, convenient, and within easy reach of everything, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding; rooms and common areas were spotless and very well maintained. Most importantly, the staff were exceptional: friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. They truly made us feel welcome. Overall, a fantastic hotel with a perfect location. Highly recommended

I liked the staff, very friendly people. Recep was a joy to deal with serving people with a great smile and cheerfulness. The only problem was that for all inclusive, if you miss lunch you have to wait till dinner. Also, everything closes at 11:00 pm.

Good hotel if you don't expect too much. Rooms are a bit tired but spacious and have everything you need and it works. The staff mostly try to make your stay a good one, but there are exceptions. Towels are changed every three days, linens maybe once a week. You will not be hungry, but you should not expect special delights. Separately it is necessary to tell about a beach: the most part of a beach occupy stone plates and an entrance in the sea there is only on very narrow section. But there is a way out - to go swimming on the neighboring beach.

Wir waren im Familienzimmer mit zwei SZ, die im DG allerdings nicht akustisch voneinander getrennt sind, denn die Terrassentür schiebt sich beim Öffnen in das zweite Zimmer, welches keine eigene Lüftungsmöglichkeit (oder Fenster) hat (Fehlplanung). Die Familienzimmer auf den Fotos sehen da deutlich besser aus. Dafür ist die Aussicht im DG top. Das Bad war schön saniert, die Bilder im Netz sind anscheinend nicht mehr aktuell. Derzeit wurden die Zimmertüren ausgetauscht, trotzdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig, man hört das Stühlerücken aus den anderen Zimmern oder das Kofferrollen vom Flur. Deutsches SAT-TV gibt es, aber nur RTL,RTL2, VOX, SAT1 und mit ganz schlechter Qualität das Erste. Enttäuscht waren wir vom Essen. Wenig Abwechslung, oft gleiche Gerichte über mehrere Tage oder auch mittags und abends. Leider oft trocken gekocht und selbst, wenn´s frisch aus der Küche kam (wie das Kebab) war es nur lauwarm. Schön wäre es gewesen, zuvor zu wissen, was es abends gibt,- manch einen Abend wären wir dann lieber auswärts essen gegangen. Eine Enttäuschung war die Silvesterfeier. Dafür wurden 40 EUR extra beim Check-In pro Person abgerechnet. Davon stand nichts bei der Buchung. Okay, aber dafür gab es noch nicht mal ein Glas Sekt, sondern nur ein 3-Gang-Menü ohne Auswahl, aber diesmal war das Fleisch wenigstens auf den Punkt gar und gewürzt. Aber die Bar schloss (ohne Vorwarnung) um Punkt 00 Uhr. Zack Licht aus! Party over!

Jeg bodde nylig på dette 3-stjerners hotell i Alanya med alt inkludert. Dette er et lite hotell. Renholdet var bra, rommene romslige, og badet var også i god stand. Det var enkel tilgang til sentrum med gode bussforbindelser, og området rundt hotellet hadde mange butikker og restauranter. Når det gjelder maten, var den veldig gjennomsnittlig med begrenset utvalg. Dette er ikke et hotell for dem som forventer et variert og smakfullt all-inclusive-tilbud. Hotellet har et lite basseng og en liten vannsklie, samt en enkel lobby med noen få sofaer. Jeg vil anbefale dette hotellet for korte opphold på maksimalt to til tre netter, spesielt for de som ikke har høye forventninger til maten og primært ønsker en rimelig base med god beliggenhet.

Hotellet trenger en liten oppgradering, men det ligger svært sentralt, nær butikker og Oba sentrum, med kun 5-10 minutters gange til hotellets strandområde. Personellet var veldig hyggelig og serviceinnstilt. Maten og drikken var god. Bassengområdet var lite, og det var tidvis fullt på solsengene, men både barna og vi voksne hadde det fint, så det spilte ikke så stor rolle at bassenget var lite. En liten ulempe var at det var tidsbegrensning på skliene, noe som var litt skuffende for barna. Utover dette var oppholdet helt topp. Jeg kan ikke rose de ansatte nok; de gjorde sitt ytterste for at gjestenes opphold skulle bli så bra som mulig. Vi kommer tilbake og vil gjerne prøve de andre hotellene i kjeden, i håp om at servicen er like god der som på Kaila City Hotel.
