Booked a suite, pictures on expedia of room were nice, but didnt match the reality of what was provided. Room Smaller , and last decorated sometime in the 1950's. old but functional furniture. room fridge not working properly. AC noisy and needs cleaned. Staff were friendly enough. No spa on site, only a leaflet in room. Far better value and more modern options available. Wouldnt pay this much for museum room again.

Daha önceden rezervasyon yapmamıza rağmen ve gelmeden iki gün önce telefon ile teyit etmemize rağmen oda tahsisi konusunda sıkıntı yaşadık. Kahvaltı konusunda tamamıyla bir hayal kırıklığı oldu. Evet pandemi var ama daha zengin bir kahvaltı imkanı yaratılabilirdi. Şunu anladık ki kısa ve az kişili özel seyahatlerde şehir içindeki butik otelleri seçmek çok daha akılcı olacaktır.

Su ve personel problemi mevcut.

iş seyahatim sirasinda uzun suredir yolda olduğum için yorulup hatayda konaklamaya karar verdim. Gece 01:30 civari hotels comdan Anemon hoteli bulup rezervasyonumu yapip hemen otele gittim.Oteldeki görevli arkadaşlar rezervasyonun ertesi gün için olduğu soyleyip beni bu rezervasyon ile otele ancak ögleden sonra kabul edebileceklerini belirttiler.Bende rezarvasyonu gece yaptiğim için önceki günü seçemediğimi beni otele erken giriş olarak alabileceklerini birkaç saat uyuyup sabah erkenden otelden çıkış yapacağımı belirtmeme rağmen durum çözulmedi neyse ki bir süre sonra kafasi çalişan yetkili bir personel aranarak otele giriş işlemim yapilabildi. Odam 5.kattaydı banyoda su o kadar az akiyordu ki duş almak tam bir işkenceydi.odadaki büyük yatağın kenarına oturduğunuzda yatak bildiğiniz havaya kalkıyor.kahvaltı vasat.temizlik ve konum olarak iyi.

The stay was comfortable. Staff quite helpful. Place clean and we'll maintained. The car park was very convenient. Would recommend to others. Very good breakfast.

Anemon markasına yakışmıyor...

Personel genellikle ilgili ve güler yüzlü olmasına rağmen otel maalesef bakımsız. Bu durum böyle bir oteller zincirine yakışmıyor. Kahvaltısının da biraz yöresel tatlarla iyileştirimesi uygun olur. Konumu iyi ve otoparkı bulunduğundan park sorunu yok. Çalışanlarının çabaları sayesinde benden kılpayı geçer notu aldı.

Temizlik ve hijyen aramıyorsanız..

Odalar geniş ama çok eski mobilyaları vardı. Yerdeki parkeler üzerine bastıkça çatırdıyordu. Mobilyalar deforme olmuş ve eskimişti. Özellikle banyo bölümü hem eski, hem de pisti. Küvet kenarındaki silikonlar yenilenmiş ama yine de pisliği duruyordu. Küvetin içindeki emaye kaplama yer yer kalkmıştı. Klozet kirliydi. Maalesef hiç memnun kalmadım. anemon zincirine de yakıştıramadım...

Aracınız varsa otel orta noktada ulaşım rahat, ancak araç yoksa turistlik yerlere ulaşım zor. Personel çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü, odalarda temizlik yeterli değil hatta kötü bile denilebilir,odaya girince bir rutubet kokusu var, odalar eskimiş yada bakımsız kalmış. genel anlamda lobi banyo malzemeleri mini bar v.s. otelde her hizmet düşünülmüş ama bakımsız eski kalmış. Kahvaltıda aslında her şey var ama çay kaşığı yerine tahta çubuk verdiler isteyince normal kaşık geldi

Rahat konaklama

Genel olarak iyi bir konaklama idi. Ara sıra biraz eskimişlik var o kadar. Çalışanlar çok yardımsever. Özellikle resepsiyon ve kat hizmetleri. Restaurant ta biraz köhnemişlik vardı. Çay bardakları pek temiz değildi ve kahvaltı çeşidi çok azdı. Böyle bir otele ve böyle bir bölgede beyaz ekmek ve sözde kepek ekmeği hiç yakışmamış. Hataya has kahvaltı bekliyor insan. Mutfak pek profesyonel değildi. Şehir merkezine mesafesi problem olacak bir konu değildi.
