Very friendly staff - gave tips and helpful suggestions while around the town. Stay is simple - but having an open mindset regarding the location, it was enough for my needs.

The service as excellent the staff could not do enough for us. Very comfortable room and the hotel is in an excellent location.

Truly a lovely hotel! Easy access to the train station and they send someone to pick you up when you first arrive. The staff and service were all amazing and made sure our stay was very comfortable. We had a river view room which was spectacular. The rooms were great and I particularly loved the bathroom! We loved opening the windowing and hearing the roar of the river. Very close to where you have to line up for the bus to Machu Picchu and plenty of restaurants nearby, including the one in the hotel.

The hotel is impeccably maintained, yet it lets you feel the powerful presence of the surrounding landscape. The food is outstanding, by chef Lenin and his staff: Luis, Rafael, Victor, Eliana, Dafne and Sara. The atmosphere is serene, and every detail carefully crafted. If you’re visiting Machu Picchu, stay at least three nights to truly experience its peace and beauty.
