"The property could use some updating. Lights out in the women’s bathroom near the chillz pool and wood rotting on the doors. Toilet did not flush in the women’s bathroom near the dips pool. Some pool lounge chairs are ripped and some moldy. Most of the staff was friendly, did not feel that the Diamond Club was worth the extra money, never saw the butler’s. We did have to move rooms due to water dripping in our bathroom and shower areas from the room in the floor above us. The Diamond Club pool was nice and peaceful. At any of the bars, never saw that they used “top shelf liquor” that was included with diamond club, and there was non-diamond club members at the Diamond club only bar. Food was ok and not always hot. Sometimes it took very long to get the food. "

"The staff were very friendly . Everyone was very helpful and they were accommodating to my 4 year old son . It was just the two of us and when dining everyone was very helpful grabbing stuff so I didn’t have to wait in lines when my son wanted something else . The room was clean and the property was well maintained someone was always cleaning . The beach did have a lot of seaweed but they offered transportation to another beach . The water slide and water park were down but there was still a lot to do . Overall it was a great experience and I’m looking forward to coming back "
