Great stay. Very nice and accommodating staff. About a 20-30 min walk from the train and city center. Unfortunate that there was no hot water at the time of visiting. Couldn't find the washing machine.

this place is walking distance from old town, but next to area where new houses arebeing built. Very noisy already at 7:00 am. Although we xommunicated our arriv time with host and confirmed we arrived, she was not there. After several times of messaging she called and talked us through by phone how everything worked. Also tax we could only pat in cash. Very unpractical entrance to bathroom.

Établissement sans ascenseur et sans place de parking libre. Odeur de renfermé lorsque l’on rentre dans l’appartement. Meuble télé qui à l’origine était blanc mais sont couleur crème et abîmé. Toilettes qui ne tient pas et sale. Literie pas du tout confortable. Travaux à côté des 7h du matin, je ne recommande pas l’établissement .

Gîte assez bien situé pour accéder à pied à Annecy, en revanche, il y fait vite très chaud et la proximité de la rocade empêche d'ouvrir les fenêtres à une heure décente pour dormir. L'hébergement est assez bien équipé, cependant le frigo est bien trop froid et il manque un tire-bouchon dans les couverts. Le logement est spacieux.

Für eine Nacht vollkommen ok. Bad mit kleiner Badewanne. Einbauküche mit Kühlschrank und Herd. Kaffeemaschine auch vorhanden. Die Lage ist in einem ehemaligen Indistriegebiet. In die Altstadt zu Fuß etwa 25 - 30 Minuten.

Kleinigkeiten klappen nicht, aber das macht nichts. Sehr ruhig, insgesamt gut! Die Sonne scheint ins Wohnzimmer, schöne Stadt drumherum, alles zu Fuß.

Les Z’ Hirondelles har et bra potensiale. Bra stor leilighet. Beliggenheten er bra, og i gangavstand til den nydelige gamlebyen i Annecy. MEN..renholdet var elendig!! I tillegg til gammelt støv og rusk på soverommet, var det svart muggsopp i dusj hjørner og spor etter gamle såperester på dusj veggene. Teppet på stuen var så møkkete at det burde vært kastet. Da vi kom var det tilfeldigvis en person på huset som kunne gi oss nøkler. Vi fikk beskjed om at huseier/utleier skulle komme, men han dukket aldri opp. I tillegg gikk det ikke an å låse hoveddøren inn til huset, noe som gjorde at vi følte oss utrygge. Første natten vi sov der, våknet vi av at det var uvedkommende som prøvde å komme seg inn i biler som stod parkert utenfor. Så totalt sett vil vi ikke anbefale dette stedet.
