Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Da wir das Appartement aufgrund einer Autopanne nicht gesehen haben, bezieht sich meine Bewertung auf den Umstand, dass eine Kommunikation mit dem „Vermieter“ überhaupt nicht möglich war. Auf unsere Bitte einer wenigstens teilweisen Erstattung über das FeWo Portal wurde nicht reagiert. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem FeWo Support sowie eigenem Anruf bei der Vermietungfirma wurde jeweils eine Prüfung und ein Rückruf versprochen. Der erfolgte bis heute nicht. Zu dem Appartement: die für den Check In zusätzlich gelieferten Bilder für den Zugang zum Appartement weichen stark von dem Innenraumeindruck ab. Das Haus erscheint eher runtergekommen. Das dämpfte unsere Vorfreude ohnehin schon. Ich würde es also schon deswegen nicht noch einmal auswählen.
