    * Large fully equipped kitchen (fridge with small freezer compartment, oven/grill, ceramic hob, microwave, DISHWASHER, Raclette machine, coffee maker, Dolce Gusto, Nespresso, kettle, crockery...)



    * Beautiful bathroom (Italian shower with BATH, towel warmer, WASHING MACHINE) with toilet



    * Living room:

    - 2-seater bed 140x190 + 2-seater sofa bed (IDEAL FOR COUPLE WITH CHILDREN, baby cot and baby chair booster available on request)

    - Fold-out table for 2/4 people

    - Smart TV

    - WIFI FIBER optic Internet



    Franprix SUPERMARKET located just in front of the building (open every day)



    Bed linen (sheets) and towels (2 towels) are provided.



    Very quiet studio, completely renovated, on the 1st floor, overlooking an interior courtyard. Ideally located in the heart of the city: the main pedestrian and shopping street is just 20m away, the lake 400m, the train station 300m, the historic Old Town 200m.



    Our animal friends are accepted for an extra 20€ flat rate.

    Late arrivals (+9pm) supplement 20 €.

    Arrivals are from 2pm and departures before noon. Use of the 2nd bed with 2nd set of sheets: 10€/night per person

Beautiful little place in Annecy that was really comfortable for my partner and I. The place was really clean and ideally located in the town and close to the train station. Host met us late in the evening at around 10 pm when our train arrived which was very kind of him and gave us lots of recommendations for what to do in the town! Really enjoyed our stay

Appartement bien situé, proche du lac, de la gare et des principaux lieux d'intérêt. Tout est accessible à pied. Cet appartement est bien agencé et propre. Il correspond bien à l'annonce. Suggestion : Une nouvelle pomme de douche et une petite poubelle de salle de bains serait un plus.Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Annecy. Merci de votre accueil.

The host was great . . .very good communication! Unit was in a great location . . Great kitchen . . Enough room . . Shower was good not great. . . The bed was not a pull out which you usually get in Europe (very uncomfortable) . .the bed was comfortable. I would recommend and I would come back again.

We did not receive any check in instructions so we were unable to use the property. The host was extremely unreliable and never answered timely. We want our money back. I want to talk to expedia in details regarding my concerns and experience with communication with this host

A beautiful, convenient apartment in an excellent location. Just around the corner from the charm of the old town and a few easy blocks from the train station. This was our first trip to Annecy, but we will hope to stay at Michel’s place on our future visits.
