"Hotel was nice and room was clean. Breakfast was sub par so much so that I skipped and dined out! I but I don’t too much faith that a free meal would be great. Also, My room black out curtain remote did not work. I went to the front desk and the manager old me that they would send someone to my room while I was out for the day to make repairs. I got back that night and still broken and no update as to whether they came to my room or not. I would have scored better if they had just updated me like “we needed parts” but to say nothing or leave a note meant to me that they didn’t care. "

"We reserved a king room with accessible bathroom tub. Upon check in, the front desk person confirmed that we had a king room with accessible bathroom tub. We lugged in our bags, and laid down to rest, only to discover later that our bathroom was not only NOT wheelchair accessible, but it also had a stand up shower, no shower seat, no grip bars, and no room for the wheelchair. Parts of the hotel are a bit aged, but there were no obvious maintenance issues, and it seemed like they were on top of keeping things working. Except there was no fan in the bathroom and it was like a steam room after my shower -- that was odd. The warm cookies at check in were a blessing since we didn't have time for dinner. "
